Wrongful restraint of officers etc.-Any person who prevents any officer or servant of a Panchayat or any person to whom such officer or servant has, lawfully delegated his powers of enteIing on or into and any place building or land from exercising hIs lawful powers of enteIing thereon or therein, shall be deemed to have committed an offence under Section 341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1868 (No.XLVof1868).
