(i) The Slate Government may, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under this section shall be laid uit the table of the Assembly. ' 34. Hie Council may, with the previous .sanction of the State Government and'subject to rules made under section 33, make regulations generally !u carry mil the purposes of this Act, and. without prejudice to the generality of tiiis power, such regulations may provide for— ' (a) the-management of the property of the Council and flic maintenance - and audit of its . accounts ; (b) tlie summoning and holding of meetings of the '■* ■ Council, the limes and places where such meetings are to be Judd, the conduct--of business thereat ; .
