(I) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, ma regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, s regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely the constitution constitution and working, and teams and conditions of the Committee; the eligibility of admission,. manner of admission and allocation of seats in a professional institution including the reservation of seats for foreign or non- resident Indian Candidate; the manner or criteria or determination of fee to be charged by a professionall institution from the candidates; the fees to be charged by the professional educational institution from the candidates; any other matter .which has to be, or may be, prescribed.
