Health Officer and Engineer.-(1) Every Council having an annual income of five lacs of rupees or more shall have a Health Officer and an Engineer for the efficient discharge of its duties.(2) The Health officer and the Engineer shall be members of the State Municipal Service (Health and Engineering respectively) and shall be appointed by the state Government.
