Subordination of Committees to instructions of Council and compliance with requisitions.- (1) Every committee shall conform to any instructions that may, from time to time, be given to it by the Council. (2) The Council may, at any time, call for any extract from any proceedings of any committee, and for return, statement, account or report concerning of connected with any matter with which The Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 33 the Committee is empowered by this Act to deal and every such requisition shall be complied with b y such Committee without unreasonable delay.
