Procedure for publication of notification- Every notification under Section 5 shall be published in the Official Gazette and in at least one Hindi newspaper having circulation in the area to which it relates and also by pasting a copy thereof- (a) in a conspicuous place in the office of the Collector; (b) in a conspicuous place in the office of the Municipality, if any, affected by the notification; and The Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 7 (c) in such conspicuous places in the area affected by the notification as the Collector may deem fit.
