Contribution by State Government to Municipal fund in certain cases.- All fines imposed by a Court under the provisions of this Act or any rule or bye-law framed thereunder or under any other enactment which may be notified by the State Government in this behalf in respect of offences committed within a Municipality shall be credited to the revenue of the state and the total amount so credited during any financial year shall, after making such deduction on account of cost of collectoion and other incidental expenses as the State Government may determine, be contributed by the State Government to the fund of the Council of such Municipality.
