Dispute between Council and other local body-(1) In the event of any dispute arising between an Council and any other local authority established under any State Act on any matter in which they are jointly interested such dispute shall be referred to the State Government, whose decision shall be final. (2) The State Government may, by rules made under this Act, regulate the relations between Councils and other local authorities as aforesaid in matters in which they are jointly interested.
