Distance from water supply.- (1) No person shall construct a drain, privy, latrine, urinal, cesspool, or other receptacles within fifty feet of any source of water supply, except with the permission of the Council and on such conditions as may be prescribed by the Council. (2) The Council may, by notice, require any owner or occupier on whose land any drain, privy, latrine, urinal, cesspool or other receptacle for filth or refuse for the time being exists within fifty feet of any spring, well, tank, reservoir or other source from which water is or may be derived for public use, to remove or close then same within one week from the service of the notice.
