Service privies.- In every house in any sewered area where a septic tank, dugwell privy, sanitary latrine, or any other method of hygienic disposal of night-soil is ot feasible, the owner of the house shall provide the service privy of the type approved by the Council. The Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 86 Explanation: Service privy means a fixed privy which is cleaned by hand but does not include a movable commode.
