Relief that may be claimed by petitioner. ---- (1) A petitioner may claim -- The Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 11 (a) a declaration that the election or [nomination] of all any of the returned candidates is void; and (b) in addition thereto a further declaration that he himself or any other candidate has been duly elected. (c) The expression "returned candidate" means a candidate whose name is notified in the Gazette under section 45.
