Management of nazul lands.-(1) The nazul lands transferred to the Council by the State Government shall be managed in accordance with the bye-laws made by the Council with the previous approval of the State Government. The Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 41 (2) The Council may, with the previous approval of the State Government from time to time, add to vary or rescind the bye-laws, made under sub-section (1).
