Transfer to Corporation of property of Municipality.- All property movable and immovable and all interests of whatsoever nature or kind therein, vested in the Municipality of a City to which the provisions of this Act are applied with all rights of whatsoever description used, enjoyed or possessed by the municipality shall on such application vest in the Corporation of the City constituted under this Act.
