Proceeding of meeting to be deemed to be good and valid.- Until the contrary is proved- (i) every meeting of the Corporation or any Committee shall be deemed to have been duly convened and held, and all the members of the meeting shall be deemed to have been duly qualified, when the minutes of the meeting have been signed in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and (ii) where the meeting is a meeting of any Committee, such Committee shall be deemed to have been duly constituted and to have had power to deal with the matters referred to in the minutes.
