Penalty for obstruction--- Any person who wilfully obstructs any Corporation authority, or any Corporation officer or servant, or any person authorised by any Corporation authority in the exercise of powers conferred by this Act or any rules or byelaws made thereunder shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
