Byelaws to be subject to sanction of Government.- (1) No byelaw made by he Corporation under this Act shall have any validity until it is confirmed by the Government. (2) Before sanctioning any such byelaw the Government may modify it. (3)The Government my cancel its confirmation of any such byelaw and thereupon the byelaws shall cease to have effect.
