Councillors and Municipal Officers, etc., to be deemed public servants.-- Every officer or servant in the employ of the Corporation whether for the whole part of his time, and every Councillors of the Corporation shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
