Right of entry into and inspection of premises licensed for any purpose.- (1) Any Councillor or any Committee authorized by the in that behalf or the Commissioner, or any Municipal Officer authorized by him in that behalf may at any time by day or night and without notice, enter into or upon any place or premises used or intended to be used for any purpose for which any licence or permission is required by or under this Act or any rule or byelaw made there under in order to satisfying himself whether any provision of this Act or any rule or byelaw or any condition of any licence or permission granted or required under this Act or any rule or byelaw made there under is being contravened, and whether any nuisance is being created in or upon such place or premises.
