Power of District Superintendent to arrest a person on requisition from Commissioner.- On a written requisition from the Commissioner, the District Superintendent of Police shall order arrest of any person who obstructs any Corporation Officer or servant engaged in the discharge of any duty imposed by this Act or by any rules or byelaws made thereunder.
