Discharging fire arms.- Whoever discharges fire-arms or lets off fire works, fire balloons, or detonators, or engages in any game in such a manner as to cause, or be likely to cause danger or annoyance to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, or risk of injury to property, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
