Destroying direction-posts, lamp-posts, etc.- (1) Whoever, without being authorized by the Commissioner defaces or disturbs or causes damage to any municipal direction-posts, lamp or any property of the Corporation or extinguishes any municipal light in any public place, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
