Public to be admitted to the meeting of Corporation.- The meeting of the Corporation shall ordinarily be open to the public: Provided that the presiding authority may either suo-moto or on the suggestion of any member exclude the public from a meeting temporarily or otherwise: Provided further that the presiding authority may at any time cause any person who interruptions the proceedings to be removed.
