Infected articles not to be transmitted , etc, without previous disinfection.- (1) No person shall, without previous disinfection of the same, give, lend, sell, transmit or otherwise dispose of any article which he knows or has reason to k now that it has been exposed to infection from any dangerous disease. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to a person who transmit, with proper precautions any such article for the purpose of having the same disinfected.
