Food, drink or drugs directed to be destroyed deemed to be the property of the Corporation.- Any animal, food, drink or drug in respect of which any authority exercising powers under this chapter passes an order of destruction or disposal so that it cannot be used as food or medicine, shall thereupon be deemed to be the property of the Corporation.
