Prohibition of adulterants in place s where butter, ghee, etc. are manufactured or stored.- (1) No person shall keep or permit to be kept in any shop or place in which milk is stored or in any manufactory, shop or place in which butter, ghee, wheat, flour, mustered oil, tea, edible oil, edible fat or any article notified by the Government in this behalf is manufactured or stored, any substance intended to be used adulteration of such milk, butter, ghee, wheat, flour, mustard oil, or other article. (2) If any article capable of being so used is found in any such manufactory, shop or place, the Court shall, unless and until the contrary is proved, presume, in any prosecution under this section that it is intended to be used for adulteration.
