Cutting of water supply to premises.- If any person whose premises are supplied with water neglects to pay any sum payable, under section 221 when due, or to give notice as provided in sub-section (1) or willfully or negligently misuses or causes waste of water the Chief Executive Officer may cut off the supply of water to the said premises.
