Duty of occupier to furnish true information regarding owner’s name and address.- If the occupier of any land or building neglects or refuses, without reasonable cause, to comply with a notice served under Section 139 furnishes information which is untrue to his knowledge he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
