Commissioner to supply copies on payment.- The Commissioner shall furnish to any person who applies for it, a copy of the valuation or assessment list for the time being in force or any extract from any such list on payment of such sum as may be prescribed by byelaws by the Corporation, and the Commissioner or a person authorized by him in this behalf, shall, if required, certify the copy or extract in such manner as may be prescribed.
