Annual Administration report and statement of accounts by Corporation.- The Commissioner shall as soon as may be after the first day of April, in each year, cause to be prepared a detailed report the Municipal administration of the city during the previous year, together with a statement showing receipt and disbursement credited and debited to the Municipal Fund during the previous Financial year and the balance at the credit of the Fund at the close of the said Financial years. (2) The Commissioner shall thereafter forward the report and statement to the Corporation and to the Government.
