Attachment of Municipal fund or securing payments.- If the Corporation fails to make any payment as required by sub-section (2) of section 120, the Government may attach the Municipal fund or any part thereof, and the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 121 shall, with all necessary modifications, be deemed to apply.
