Signature of coupons attached to debentures.- All coupons attached to the debentures issued under this Act shall bear the signatures of the Chairman of the Mayor-in-Council and the Commissioner on behalf of the Corporation; and such signatures may be engraved, lithographed or impressed by any mechanical process.
