The Council Fund shall, be applicable to the following, objects', namely :— (a) .to the repayment of debts incurred by the Council for the purposes of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder; (b) to the expenses of any suit or proceedings to which the Council is a party ; (c) to the payment of the salaries and allowances of the employees of the Council ; (d) to the payment of allowances to the office bearers of the Council ; (e) to the payment of any expenses incurred by the Council in carrying out the provisions of tills Act and the rules and the regulations made thereunder.
