Penalty for contravention of Section 28 and 31 - If any society or any person as is referred to in Section 28 and sub-section (2) of Section 31 refuses or neglects to furnish the information or explanation required thereunder the society or such person shall on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to twenty rupees in respect of each such offence. _____________ CHAPTER –X Appeal
