Insertion of new Section 31 – In "Chapter VII- Inquiry and supresession' before section 32, the following section shall be deemed to be inserted, namely :- "31-A. In this Chapter "Registrar" shall mean Education officer within the meaning of clause (C) of Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Ashaskiya Shikshan Sanstha (Adhyapakon Tatha Anya Karmchariyon ke Vetano Ka Sandaya) Adhiniyam, 1978.
