On receipt of a parcha any cultivator may file an objection within ten days of the delivery of the parcha to Irrigation Inspector or section subordinate in writing and shall be accompanied by the original parcha. The Irrigation Inspector or section subordinate shall enter all such objections in a register in Form 25 and communicate to the cultivators concerned the dates on which he shall visit the village or spot to hear objections and dispose them.
