M.P. Act No. 18 of 2019 (w.e.f. 24.08.2019) [Received the assent of the President on 7th October, 1983 assent first published in the “Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary” dated 12.10.1983] An Act to provide for the establishment of a Tribunal to arbitrate in disputes to which the State government or a Public Undertaking1 [wholly or substantially owned or controlled by the State Government], is a party, and for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.
