(1) The Committee shall, for the transaction of its business, meet astften as may be necessary but atleast once in a period of three calendar months. (2). The quorum for a meeting of the Committee shallte four. Every meeting of the Committee shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by a member to be chosen by the members present to preside for the occasion. Question arising as a meeting of the Committee shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting and in every case of equality of votes, the Chairman or the person presiding shall have a casting vote. ' The secretary of the Committee shall be responsible for the proper record and maintenance of the minutes of the proceedings duly countersigned by the Chairman or the person presiding, as the case may be, and shall submit a copy of the said minutes to the Commissioner for information. The State Government of the Commissioner may call upon the Committee to submit a report on any matter concerning the business of the Committee and management of the Mandir and its affairs.
