(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Administrator under sub- section (3) of Section 34 or sub-section (1) of Section 35 may prefer an appeal to the Collector. An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made within thirty days from the (late of receipt of the order in such manner as may be prescribed by bye-laws. The order passed by the Collector shall be final and shall not be called in question in any cour: of law. mmittee to
