Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under it Duties of tl shall be the duty of the Committee. Committee (I) to arrange for the proper performance of worship, "puja archana" and the daily and periodical rites of the Mandir. to provide facilities for the offerings of worship by devotees ; to ensure the safe custody of funds, valuables and jewellei ies and the preservation and management of the properties vested in the Mandir; to ensure maintenance of order and discipline and proper hygienic condition in the Mandir and proper standard of cleanliness and purity in the offerings made therein ; to ensure that the funds of the endowments of the Mandir are spent mittee. it a Appointment of Administrator Creation of posts and appointment of officers & employees: according to the wishes, so far as may be known, of the donors ; to do all such things as may be incidental and conducive to the efficient management of the affairs of the Mandir and the convenience of the worshippers ; and to promote any other religious, educational, cultural or charitable activity.
