Power to make rules. - (1) The State Government may make rules not inconsistent with this Act for carrying out the purpose of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions such rules may provide for all or tiny of the following matters, namely :- (a) the number, classes and grades of the Special Armed Force; (b) administration of the Special Armed Force; (c) recruitment, organisation, classification and discipline of members of the subordinate ranks; (d) inspection of the Force; (e) description and quantity of arms accouterments, clothing and other necessaries to be furnished to the members of the Force; (f) any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed. (3) All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
