Offence in respect of refusal to deliver certificate of appointment, etc. - Any officer of the Special Armed Force who wilfully neglects or refuses to deliver up his certificate of appointment or any other article in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 10, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine, which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
