Lokayukt to make suggestions:- The Lokayukt, if in the discharge of his function under this Act, notices a practice or procedure which in his opinion affords an opportunity for corruption or mal-administration, he may bring to the notice of the Government and may suggest such improvement in the said practice or procedure as he may deem fit.
