Adoption Related Reporting.- (1) The Child Welfare Committees shall, furnish the data relating to children declared legally free for adoption and cases pending for decision to the Authority online in the formats provided in the Adoption Regulations and also to the respective State Adoption Resource Agencies, with the assistance of the District Child Protection Units.
