The Vishwa Vidyalaya shall, among others, have the following Objects of purposes: - Vishwa Vidyalaya. (a) making provision for the education in agriculture and other , allied sciences; j (b) furthering the prosecution of research, particularly in agriculture and other allied sciences; (c) undertaking field extension programmes; and (d) such other puposes related to the afofesaid with the object of improving the level of living of rural people as the State Government may, by notification, direct.
