(1) authority of the dates of meetings and of the business to be considered at meetings and for the keeping of a record of the proceedings of meetings. (3) The Board may direct the amendment, in such manner as it may specify, or any Regulations made under this section on the annulment of any Regulations made under sub-section (1) by any authority of the Vishwa Vidyalaya. (4) The Academic Council may, subject to the provisions of the Statutes, make Regulations providing for courses of study for the various examinations and degrees of the Vishwa Vidyalaya after receiving drafts of the same from the Faculty concerned, *(5) The Academic Council may either approve or reject or alter the draft received from the Faculty or return it to the Faculty for further consideration together with its own suggestions. The annual report ofthe Vishwa Vidyalaya shall be prepared under the Annual direction ofthe Board and shall be submitted to the Court on/or before Report. such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the Court at its annual meeting. The Court may pass a resolution thereon and communicate the same to the Board. Such annual report as approved by the Court shall be submitted to the Kuladhipati and the State Government and shall be placed before the State Legislature. _D.P.
