The Vishwa Vidyalaya Fund shall be applicable to the following objects:- which Vishwa (a) to the repayment of debts incurred by the Vishwa Vidyalaya for Vidyalaya the purposes of the Act and the Statutes, and the Regulations made Fund may be thereunder; applied. (b) to the expenses of any suit or proceedings to which the Vishwa Vidyalaya is a party; (c) to the payment of the salaries and aJIowances of the officers and servants of the Vishwa Vidyalaya, members of the teaching staff and the establishment employed in the colleges and the departments ofVishwa Vidyalaya for and in furtherance of the purposes ofthis Act, and the Statutes, and the Regulations made there under and to the payment of pension or any provident Fund contribution to any such officers and servants, members of the teaching staff or the members of such establishments; "O.P. LOOHl Contd :....30...• ) ~' Act ) (d) to the payment of the travelling and other allowances of the mem- bers of the Board and the Academic Council and any other au- thority of the Vishwa Vidyalaya or the members of any Commit- tee appointed by any of the authorities of the Vishwa Vidyalaya in pursuance of any provision of the Act, and the Statutes, and the / regulation made there under; (e) to the payment of fellowships, scholarships, studentships and other awards to students; (f) to the upkeep of colleges, departments, residence and hostels established by the Vishwa Vidyalaya; (g) to the payment ofthe cost of audit ofthe Vishwa Vidyalaya Fund; (h) to the payment of any expense in~ed by the Vishwa Vidyalaya in carrying out the provisions of this Act, and the Statutes, and the Regulations made there under.and (i) to the payment of any other expense, not specified in any of the preceding clauses declared by the Board to be the expense for the purpose of the Vishwa Vidyalaya.
