(1) The Dean of the Student Welfare shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Vishwa Vidyalaya and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the prior approval of the Board in Dean of accordance with the Statutes. His emoluments and conditions of Student service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes. Welfare.
