The Governor of Madhya Pradesh shall be the Chancellor of the Vishwa Chancellor. Vidyalaya. He shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the Vishwa Vidyalaya and shall, when present, preside at any convocation of the Vishwa Vidyalaya.
