Acquisition of land for grant...in-aid irrigation works.- If the State Government directs acquisition of the land, the Collector shall proceed to acquire the land under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. (I of 1894), as if the State Government had directed the Collector to make order for the acquisition of the land under section 7 of that Act.
