Power to make rules for assessment and Collection - Rules may be made under this Act regulating the Procedure of canal officers and canal subordinates in assessing canal revenue and in applying to the revenue officers for collection of arrears of canal revenue and the Procedure of revenue officers in collecting canal revenue.
